Sales Manager-Cross Sell (SME Loans)

About the role

The Sales Manager – Cross Sell SME is responsible for acquiring SME customers through cross-sell initiatives across designated branches. This is a customer-facing role that involves understanding client needs, offering relevant banking solutions, and ensuring a seamless service experience. The role also includes catchment mapping, gathering customer feedback, and identifying new business opportunities.

What you'll do

• Acquire SME customers through cross-sell efforts in the identified segment
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly targets for new customer acquisition by analyzing transaction banking needs
• Provide regular feedback to Relationship Managers (RMs) regarding customer opportunities and requirements
• Ensure adherence to sales norms and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as defined by the organization
• Maintain strict compliance with internal policies and external regulatory guidelines
