To create a Digital sales engine and establish it as a alternate channel of sales.

What you'll do

• Manage digital endeavors and help the company establish leadership in the category
• Drive Online and Tele-assisted Sales platforms for the company
• Execute the Direct to Consumer Strategy, including volume plan, expense plan
• Generate leads for all sales channels using digital channels
• Support the product liaison and product teams in testing and rolling out initiatives to achieve the best and most efficient mortgage journey
