Sales Manager-Enterprise

About the role

To achieve our ambitious goal, we are looking for a Territory Sales Manager who is proactive in nature and works in a pre-sales and sales role, and generates leads on his own using different methods (B2B portals, emails, cold calls) from the enterprise customer segment.

What you'll do

• Identify potential customer targets from enterprise/corporate segments
• Researching key contacts of Facility management team, Architects, MEP Consultants, PMC for Commercial Real Estate projects
• Generating leads on own, and taking ownership of the sales journey (lead gen to closure)
• Apply consultative sales skills (by using case studies, use cases, etc.) to build relationships with stakeholders
• Creating client demos/ presentations, quotes/ proposals

What you need
