About the role

Attend and manage walk-in customers at site offices and sales galleries. Understand customer requirements, present suitable inventory options, and guide customers through the buying process. Lead sales closure discussions, including price negotiations, payment plans, and booking formalities. Ensure timely and effective follow-ups with walk-ins and prospects to maximize conversion ratios. b) Revisit Management & Team Support

What you'll do

• Attend and manage walk-in customers at site offices and sales galleries
• Lead sales closure discussions, including price negotiations, payment plans, and booking formalities
• Ensure timely and effective follow-ups with walk-ins and prospects to maximize conversion ratios. b) Revisit Management & Team Support
• Attend revisits along with team members and take ownership of closing high-potential prospects
• Support junior sales executives in objection handling, negotiations, and final deal closures
