Sales Manager – Flame Retardants

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth for our Flame Retardants portfolio. The role involves developing and managing customer relationships across the Rubber, PVC, Plastics, and Polymer industries while promoting a wide range of flame retardant additives and raw materials.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets for the Flame Retardants business
• Identify and acquire new customers in the Rubber, PVC, Plastics, Cable, Wire, Footwear, Automotive, and Polymer industries
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts through regular engagement and technical-commercial support
• Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and identify emerging business opportunities
• Coordinate with sourcing, technical, and operations teams to ensure timely customer support and order fulfillment
