About the role

The Area Manager - Sales will be responsible for supporting the Sales Head and guiding the sales team to achieve business growth. He will lead the development of market strategies and ensure the nurturing of long-term relationships his leadership, he will work to expand market share and meet revenue targets across segments.

What you'll do

• Responsible for supporting the Sales Head and guiding the sales team to achieve business growth
• Assist the Sales Head in devising, developing and designing various Marketing & Sales Strategies to reach the right potential clients
• Support the sales & marketing team in devising, developing and designing various Marketing & Sales Strategies to reach the right potential clients
• Reviewing day-to-day meetings of the sales team and directing various actions
• Monitoring the performance of the sales team and identifying training needs

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience

• Communication
• B.Tech or B.E. or Diploma
