Sales Manager (Hardware Selling to NBFC/Banks)

About the role

Demonstrated success in new business development and building sales pipelines from scratch. Experience managing long-cycle, complex B2B sales engagements involving multiple stakeholders. Proven track record of achieving ambitious revenue and growth targets. Willingness to travel extensively across India.

What you'll do

• Lead sales for a category-defining fintech solution in India
• Develop and execute the sales strategy for the NBFC segment, with a particular focus on gold loan institutions
• Build and maintain a structured target account universe covering national, regional, and emerging lending institutions
• Create and manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting through to closure and deployment
• Deliver against monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue objectives
