About the role

To drive Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) business by sourcing quality customers through DSAs, builder connectors and other channel partners, while achieving assigned business targets.

What you'll do

  • Generate Home Loan and LAP business through DSAs, builder connectors and other sourcing channels
  • Identify, onboard and develop relationships with new DSAs, builders and channel partners
  • Achieve assigned monthly business targets and drive loan disbursements
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of channel partners to ensure continuous business sourcing
  • Manage customer relationships and guide customers throughout the loan application process
