Sales Manager – Industrial AI Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead client acquisition and revenue growth in the industrial safety sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, experience selling AI or technology-driven safety solutions, and a passion for improving workplace safety through innovation.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed revenue targets
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within target industries (manufacturing, oil & gas, construction, logistics, etc.)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, safety managers, operations leaders, and IT stakeholders
• Conduct product presentations, demos, and proposal pitches tailored to client needs
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to deliver customized solutions
