Sales Manager - LAP| Rajkot

About the role

Overseeing and managing a team responsible for promoting and selling LAP products to potential customers. This includes developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets, identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients and ensuring customer satisfaction. Monitoring market trends, competitor activities and regulatory changes to inform decision-making and optimize sales performance.

What you'll do

• Responsible for promoting and selling LAP products to potential customers
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activities and regulatory changes to inform decision-making and optimize sales performance
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development and finance to drive business growth and profitability
• Liaise with underwriting / Ops team to ensure E2E tracking of files from sourcing to disbursal
• Ensure superior customer service & TAT delivery to end consumer
