About the role

The role involves recommending banking solutions, assessing commercial opportunities, evaluating customer viability and contributing to decisions that support portfolio growth, profitability and business development objectives. Drive acquisition of LAP business through Branch Banking channels and open market sourcing.

What you'll do

• Identify and develop business opportunities through consultative engagement, market assessment and customer suitability evaluation
• Drive acquisition of LAP business through Branch Banking channels and open market sourcing
• Identify, develop, and convert business opportunities through relationship management and customer engagement
• Assess customer requirements, financial viability, and suitability for LAP products
• Liaise with Credit, Underwriting, Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth end-to-end processing from sourcing to disbursement
