Sales Manager | Leading Specialty Oils Company

About the role

Represent the organization at industry forums, technical associations, and customer events. Travel extensively across India to manage customer relationships and identify growth opportunities. Approximately 5-12 years of B2B sales experience within industrial sectors. Prior experience in lubricants, specialty chemicals, tyre-related industries, industrial oils, additives, or adjacent sectors.

What you'll do

• Drive sales growth and market expansion across assigned industrial segments including tyre, lubricants, metalworking, and specialty chemical applications
• Achieve revenue and volume targets while increasing market share among existing and prospective customers
• Develop and execute business development strategies to penetrate key accounts and emerging market opportunities
• Conduct market intelligence activities, including competitor analysis, pricing assessments, and identification of industry trends
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships across procurement, technical, and commercial stakeholders
