About the role

Responsible for targeting new customers and new sales opportunities, initiate action plan to approach and secure new business for the organization. Any matter which may effect the interests of ACCOR should be brought to the attention of the Management. Particular focus will be on rooms business from the Hyderabad market for Novotel Hyderabad.

What you'll do

• Responsible for targeting new customers and new sales opportunities, initiate action plan to approach and secure new business for the organization
• Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in the development of the Strategic Marketing Plan for the organization
• Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing to direct the Sales & Marketing department to achieve objectives established in the Organization’s Strategic Plan
• Identify optimal, cost effective use of the resources and educate the team on the same

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
