What you'll do

• Responsible for achieving the Business revenue numbers
• Identifying business opportunities by researching prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; identifying sales opportunity and generating leads
• Developing new geographies for business expansion
• Responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction reflected through NPS scores
• Ensuring prompt response to customer querries and complaints

What you need
