About the role

The Personal Loan Sales Manager is responsible for sourcing, acquiring, and managing personal loan business through branch referrals, customer walk-ins, and local market activities. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with Kotak Mahindra Bank's policies and processes.

What you'll do

• Drive personal loan sales through the assigned branch network
• Generate leads from existing bank customers, branch references, and external sources
• Achieve monthly and annual personal loan disbursement targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with branch staff to increase customer referrals
• Conduct customer meetings and explain personal loan products, features, and benefits
