What you'll do

• Drive sourcing and acquisition of Salaried Personal Loan customers through open market channels, connectors, DSAs, corporates, and referral networks
• Achieve monthly and annual business targets for loan disbursement, revenue, and productivity
• Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners, corporate clients, and influencers to generate quality leads
• Conduct customer meetings, explain product features, eligibility norms, pricing, and documentation requirements
• Ensure end-to-end processing of loan applications, coordinating with Credit, Operations, and Risk teams for quick turnaround
