About the role

The Sales Manager – Personal Loan will be responsible for acquiring new customers for personal loans across designated branches in India. This role involves direct customer interaction, understanding their financial needs, and offering suitable banking products. The incumbent will act as a bridge between customers and the bank, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

What you'll do

Acquire new Personal Loan customers within the identified segment
Consistently meet and exceed monthly targets for customer acquisition
Analyze customer needs related to transaction banking and offer appropriate solutions
Provide regular feedback to Relationship Managers on customer needs and business opportunities
Ensure adherence to selling norms and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as defined by the organization
