Sales Manager – Revenue Operations

About the role

The Manager – Revenue Operations is a full time, on site role based in Mumbai. This person will make the whole sales function measurable, and will support the sales organisation across every segment. None of it scales without clean data, an honest forecast and incentives paid on time. The Manager – Revenue Operations will own the CRM, the forecast, the numbers behind every quota and the dashboards that leadership runs the business on.

What you'll do

• Owning CRM administration, stage definitions and data hygiene for the entire sales organisation
• Maintaining the price book, approval matrix and deal desk workflow
• Running the weekly forecast cadence across every segment
• Building and maintaining the segment dashboards that leadership relies on
• Operating quota, territory and incentive plan calculations

What you need
