About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our secured business sales efforts at multiple locations. This role is critical for driving growth in our asset finance and loan against property segments, managing a high-performing sales team, and achieving ambitious business targets. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth in Loan Against Property (LAP) and other asset-backed financial products.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth in Loan Against Property (LAP) and other asset-backed financial products
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, DSAs, and key clients to expand market reach and generate leads
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and refine sales approaches
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, credit guidelines, and regulatory compliance throughout the sales process
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to track progress against targets and inform strategic decisions
