Sales Manager - Thermal (Alu & Dri, Central India)

About the role

The Manager – Thermal Sales (ALU & DRI) is responsible for driving sales growth and business development for thermal products in the Aluminium (ALU) and Direct Reduced Iron (DRI) segments across specified territory across Eastern and Central India.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets for the assigned territory
• Manage key customer accounts in the Aluminium (ALU) and DRI segments while strengthening long-term business relationships
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base and market share
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand technical requirements, resolve issues, and provide value-added solutions
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and negotiate pricing and commercial terms
