What you'll do

• Meet Productivity Benchmark and Achieve Target
• Develop strategic plans to achieve allocated FB and NFB targets
• Engage with branches as primary sourcing channels for gold loans
• Monitor lead generation and ensure no degrowth across channels
• Report activities and issues to supervisors for timely resolution
