Sales Officer, Otc Trade - Ludhiana

About the role

The Sales Officer - OTC Trade will be responsible for driving sales growth in the over-the-counter (OTC) segment. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in sales management, team leadership, and distributor handling. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in primary and secondary sales, as well as experience in dealing with chemists and managing distributor relationships.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the OTC segment
• Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to ensure effective execution of sales plans
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and chemists to enhance product visibility and sales
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
• Conduct regular training and development sessions for the sales team to improve performance
