Sales Operation Analyst II

About the role

We are looking for a highly capable Sales Compensation Analyst to support the end-to-end administration of sales incentive compensation for our EMEA sales organization. This role is responsible for accurate and timely compensation cycle execution, strong data controls, clear stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement of compensation processes, tools, and reporting.

What you'll do

• Own and deliver core activities in the quarterly sales compensation cycle, including data validation, calculation support, payment processing, reconciliation
• Ensure compensation data is complete, accurate, auditable, and handled in line with confidentiality and control requirements
• Validate accrual inputs and partner with Finance and the broader Sales Operations team to improve accrual accuracy and process discipline
• Investigate commission queries, resolve issues within agreed timelines, and identify root-cause fixes that reduce repeat exceptions
• Support the design, implementation, communication, and ongoing administration of sales incentive plans across EMEA
