About the role
1st one-week training and on-the-job mentoring provided for all roles. Find candidates (using Boolean strings) from the sales platform and load them into recruiting CRM on a daily basis Email candidates (based upon skillset) using the provided email templates Self-recorded video for sourcing (script will be provided)
What you'll do
- Source IT candidates daily for at least 3 job requirements
- Call at least 60 candidates daily to check on their interest, availability, and other details
- Work under the guidance of a Sr recruiter and help them as needed
- Update all activity in the CRM on a daily basis
- Present the FullCandidate Solution in sales meetings
