Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Officer with hands-on experience in consumer goods and general trade distribution. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in working with FMCG or consumer brands, a proven ability to drive sales targets, and an entrepreneurial mindset to set up and scale operations from scratch in Bangalore.

What you'll do

• Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
• Build and expand the distributor and retailer network across Bangalore
• Execute trade marketing activities, promotions, and local sales initiatives
• Regularly meet and engage with key accounts, distributors, and traders to strengthen relationships and drive business
• Recruit, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Representatives (SRs) to achieve individual and team targets
