Sales Specialist

About the role

This role is responsible for driving both organic and paid lead generation , creating a strong CRM-driven sales funnel , and converting prospects into long-term clients across North America and Europe , with a focus on Cloud and Cybersecurity talent augmentation . This is a hands-on, execution-focused role suited for someone comfortable working independently in a remote environment and fully accountable for measurable sales outcomes.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain a robust CRM database , aligned with Cloud and Cybersecurity talent needs of enterprise and mid-market clients
• Source and develop the client pipeline from scratch , establishing a structured and repeatable sales funnel for continuous revenue flow
• Actively engage and convert prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator , including outreach, follow-ups, and deal progression
• Create sales decks and supporting materials from the ground up using tools such as Canva, Gamma , or similar platforms
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales messaging with delivery capability and talent availability
