About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Support Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts by screening leads, making cold calls, connecting with prospects, and managing cold data effectively. This role demands a high level of patience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

• Evaluate incoming leads to determine their potential and relevance to our offerings
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
• Initiate outbound calls to potential prospects from provided data
• Connect with potential clients to understand their needs and introduce relevant courses or programs
• Schedule follow-ups and ensure timely communication
