About the role

To serve as a single point of contact to the Institutional Sales Team for any service related issues. To function as a link between the team and inter department personnel (i.e customer service, operations etc). Actively engage in channel partners especially with Wealth Counters and help the team to focus on their major role and also enhance investor relationship.

What you'll do

• KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters) Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters) KRA1 Providing necessary information/ reports to Channel Partner and Team Timely…
• Occasionally Visiting Key Service RM of Private Banks and Wealth Counter
• Actively interacting with the Internal Team, distributors, RO, HO and CAMS KRA2 Maintaining a proper correlation between Team and Distributors
• Build internal channel, distributors
• Provide structured feedback for new products & service ideas
