About the role

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and managing a team of sales individuals, while also coordinating with design leaders and designers to ensure a seamless client experience. Your primary focus will be on driving sales growth, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, and fostering a culture of excellence within the sales unit.

What you'll do

• Recruit, onboard, train, and manage a high-performing team of sales individuals
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and feedback to team members to enhance their sales skills and performance
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Monitor sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive results
