What you'll do

• Lead and manage a sales team to drive business growth within the Contractor, EPC, and Panel Builder segments
• Drive sales of the complete LV Switchgear and LV Switchboard product portfolio
• Develop and execute strategies for market penetration, business extraction, and customer acquisition
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, consultants, contractors, EPCs, and panel builders
• Collaborate with internal teams including product management, operations, and service functions to ensure customer satisfaction
