Sales Technology & CRM Administrator (Manager)

About the role

We are seeking a highly capable Sales Technology & CRM Administrator to own, administrator, optimize, and continuously improve our sales technology ecosystem.

What you'll do

• CRM & Platform Administration
• Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Manage users, roles, profiles, permissions, licenses, teams, territories, and access controls
• Configure CRM objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, lead statuses, opportunity stages, and other system configurations
• Manage platform configurations and ensure systems remain aligned with evolving sales processes
