Sales Trainer (Mumbai)

About the role

Design and run a structured onboarding programme (e.g. a 23 week sales bootcamp) for all new sales joinees across locations. Train on our products and solutions (GPS tracking, fleet management, Smart Fleet, telematics use cases) and on the customer problems they solve. prospecting, needs discovery, demos, objection handling, pricing conversations, closing and CRM discipline.

What you'll do

• Design and run a structured onboarding programme (e.g. a 23 week sales bootcamp) for all new sales joinees across locations
• Train on our products and solutions (GPS tracking, fleet management, Smart Fleet, telematics use cases) and on the customer problems they solve
• Teach the sales process: prospecting, needs discovery, demos, objection handling, pricing conversations, closing and CRM discipline
• Run role-plays, mock calls and live demo practice; accompany new joinees on field visits for on-the-job coaching
• Build assessments (product tests, pitch certifications, role-play scoring) and certify each joinee as field-ready before independent selling
