Salesforce Administrator - Billing

About the role

The Salesforce Administration team enables Egnyte by automating business processes, integrating sales and marketing tools, and maintaining Salesforce data integrity. This role sits at the Finance end of that partnership. We run a ~900-user Salesforce org with Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce Billing at the center of quote-to-cash, integrated with NetSuite and a broader GTM stack.

What you'll do

• Own Salesforce Billing (primary focus, ~60% of the role)
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Salesforce Billing ( blng ) — invoice generation and scheduling, invoice runs, credit and debit notes
• Configure and maintain billing rules, tax rules, revenue recognition rules, finance books, finance periods, and legal entities
• Run and troubleshoot scheduled billing and payment jobs; investigate failed or stuck invoice runs, unbilled order products, and proration or co-term discrepancies
• Own billing reconciliation between Salesforce and NetSuite — investigate sync failures, mismatched amounts, and duplicate or orphaned records
