About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong focus on Marketing Cloud to drive solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud capabilities, coupled with analytical skills to elicit requirements, design solutions, and support implementation.

What you'll do

• Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional requirements
• Conduct workshops, meetings, and process mapping to define use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize Marketing Cloud and Salesforce platform usage
• Leverage Marketing Clouds capabilities, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Interaction Studio, to create customer-focused campaigns
• Design personalized, automated campaigns for lead nurturing, retention, and engagement
