Salesforce Business Analyst – Delivery & Technical Documentation

About the role

We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst with 2–3 years of relevant Salesforce experience who has strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and hands-on experience supporting Salesforce projects from requirements gathering through delivery.

What you'll do

• Salesforce Business Analysis & Requirements
• Work with clients, internal Solution Architects, Product owners and stakeholders to understand business requirements, processes, challenges, and objectives
• Analyze and document business and functional requirements for Salesforce solutions
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, functional specifications, and other BA deliverables
• Perform fit-gap analysis and identify opportunities to improve business processes using Salesforce
