About the role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, architects, developers, and QA teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable Salesforce requirements.

What you'll do

Engage with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, processes, and requirements
Conduct requirement-gathering workshops, interviews, and working sessions
Analyze current-state processes and define future-state business processes
We also offer clients access to a robust ecosystem of innovation centers as well as established and start-up partners
This ensures we can provide timely and effective support tailored to each client’s needs
