Salesforce Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to build and own the automation, data model, and custom functionality behind SPAN's commercial operations. You will work directly with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain stakeholders to turn business processes into scalable Salesforce solutions.

What you'll do

• Model and maintain custom schema: custom objects, junction objects, master-detail and lookup relationships, record types, and validation rules
• Write Apex (triggers, controllers, test classes) and build Lightning Web Components when declarative tools can't meet the requirement, with proper test coverage
• Gather requirements from cross-functional stakeholders, author design specs and release documentation, and translate business process into documented, scalable solutions
• Maintain and extend the security model: permission sets, field-level security, profiles, and sharing

What you need
