Salesforce QA / Testing Analyst

About the role

The ideal candidate will have experience in both manual and automated testing, with a strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystems and Agile delivery practices.

What you'll do

• Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive manual and automated test strategies
• Develop and manage test cases, test plans, and test scripts for Salesforce applications
• Test complex user journeys across multiple Salesforce modules and business processes
• Perform integration, end-to-end, functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
• Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution
