About the role

The Salesforce Solution Architect is responsible for designing scalable, high-performing, and secure Salesforce solutions that align with business goals and technical requirements. This role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring solutions are optimized for usability, maintainability, and long-term success.

What you'll do

Solution Design & Architecture
Lead the design of end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications
Ensure architectural designs follow best practices, platform standards, and scalability principles
Define integration patterns with external systems using APIs, middleware, or ETL tools
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into functional and technical specifications, and design solution roadmaps
