Salesforce Technical Lead/ Delivery Manager – Global Delivery Centre (GDC)

About the role

The role is based in Gurugram with hybrid working , with occasional extended coverage aligned to global collaboration windows, including 2:00 PM–11:00 PM IST or 5:00 PM–2:00 AM IST depending on project requirements.

What you'll do

• Lead Salesforce delivery and people: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Salesforce developers and production support resources, ensuring high-quality
• Drive scalable Salesforce solutions: Design and implement robust solutions across Sales Cloud, Net Zero Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE)
• Own DevOps and release management: Evolve Client’s Salesforce deployment and release practices by implementing Jira- and GitHub-based CI/CD pipelines
• Partner across a global ecosystem: Collaborate with global Salesforce stakeholders, IT Business Partners, the Salesforce Centre of Excellence (COE), architects
• Champion governance and operational excellence: Ensure adherence to Salesforce architecture, security, data integrity, development, testing, and release standards
