Salesforce - Technical Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Manager to lead technical delivery, grow team capability, and support the continued expansion of the CX Salesforce Practice at ITC, Trane Technologies. This role combines people leadership, solution development, and hands-on technical oversight across Salesforce core platform capabilities.

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and develop Salesforce developers, QAs, administrators, and analysts
• Support onboarding, coaching, performance management, and team capability growth
• Provide technical leadership for the design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and B2B Commerce
• Design and oversee solutions supporting lead-to-opportunity, quoting, order management, and case management processes
• Guide development of reusable components using Lightning Web Components (LWC)

What you need

• 8–14 yrs of experience
• Salesforce
• Performance management
• B.Tech or B.E.
