As a Samsung Experience Consultant, you will play a vital role in promoting Samsung mobile products and enhancing customer experiences. • Engage customers by providing informative product demonstrations and highlighting features and benefits of Samsung mobile devices
• Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions based on their needs and preferences
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Samsung products, promotions, and industry trends
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction
• Manage stock levels and ensure the display of products is attractive and consistent with brand standards
