About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Financial Services Architect / Strategy Leader to drive strategic initiatives across banking and financial services domains. The role will be responsible for shaping business and technology strategy, defining enterprise and domain architecture, and leading the design of future-state operating models and solution landscapes aligned with regulatory, operational, and customer objectives.

What you'll do

• Define enterprise architecture vision aligned to business and growth strategy
• Identify capability gaps and opportunities for digitization, automation, and modernization
• Design future-state business capability models and target architecture
• Lead modernization of banking, capital markets and insurance platforms
• Design overall architecture for modernization initiatives (core banking, wealth payments, lending, digitization underwriting, claims etc.)
