SAP Basis / HANA Database Administrator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis / HANA Database Administrator to oversee the stability, performance, and security of our enterprise infrastructure. The ideal candidate will manage cross-environment landscape architectures, optimize HANA in-memory performance parameters, govern system sizing, and lead patch upgrades to ensure absolute platform availability.

What you'll do

• Maintain and optimize multi-tier SAP landscape architectures , supervising installation, client copies, system refreshes
• Manage and fine-tune SAP HANA databases , auditing memory allocations, row/column store distribution, CPU utilisation, and delta merge execution frequencies
• Orchestrate backup and disaster recovery frameworks , configuring high availability (HA) nodes, SAP HANA system replication (HSR), and bare-metal restore protocols
• Execute system maintenance tasks , applying Support Packages, SAP Notes, Kernel upgrades
• Conduct rigorous workload analysis and system tuning , diagnosing bottlenecks using SAP Solution Manager , HANA Cockpit, DB02, and ST03N transaction monitors
