SAP Basis Technical Lead / Technical Delivery Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Basis Technical Lead / Technical Delivery Manager with strong hands-on expertise in managing complex SAP landscapes and leading enterprise customer engagements. The role requires a technically strong leader who can troubleshoot critical issues, guide the team, manage customer expectations, and drive SAP operations, transformation, and automation initiatives.

What you'll do

• Own critical incidents, performance issues, escalations, RCA, and preventive actions
• Work directly with enterprise customers, application teams, infrastructure teams, cloud teams, and SAP stakeholders
• Support cutover planning, runbook preparation, mock cutovers, migration activities, upgrade planning, downtime optimization, and execution tracking
• Contribute to SAP RISE, S/4HANA transformation, OS/DB migration, cloud migration, and hybrid SAP landscape operations
• Handle SAP HANA administration, system refreshes, upgrades, HA/DR activities, backup and recovery, and performance tuning
