SAP Business Analyst

About the role

Lead and oversee multiple SAP, SAP Business One, and non-SAP projects simultaneously as the SAP SD Order-to-Cash subject matter expert for change requests, enhancements, and related initiatives. Support global users across SAP and non-SAP applications through the centralized KACE/Freshservice ticketing system, coordinating with consultants and business users to ensure timely resolution within SLAs.

What you'll do

• Lead and oversee multiple SAP, SAP Business One, and non-SAP projects simultaneously as the SAP SD Order-to-Cash subject matter expert for change requests, enhancements
• Support global users across SAP and non-SAP applications through the centralized KACE/Freshservice
• Identify business requirements, document current processes and interfaces, assess gaps, design future-state processes with business teams, and recommend improvements
• Drive process implementation through testing and training, while identifying and managing project dependencies and the critical path
• Collaborate with SAP and non-SAP technical teams to ensure configurations and developments are delivered on time and meet quality standards

What you need

• 8–10 yrs of experience
• SAP
• SAP SD
• Accounts receivable
• SAP HANA
• SAP FICO
• Business analysis
• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA or B.Com or BBA
