About the role

The role is part of the growing S/4 AMS team in Hyderabad and is designed for professionals who bring analytical thinking, process understanding, and a willingness to strengthen expertise in an ITIL-aligned support environment.

What you'll do

  • The focus is on incident analysis, root-cause identification, and reliable issue resolution
  • Candidates are expected to work within defined support processes, escalate where needed, and continuously build knowledge on SAP Standard and Clean Core principles
  • Working style: Methodical, service-oriented, reliable in documentation, committed to following SAP Standard and avoiding custom workarounds
