What you'll do

• Configure and support SAP Customer Service (CS) and Plant Maintenance (PM) modules, including service orders, notifications, and maintenance planning
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions aligned with service and maintenance processes
• Provide functional support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability with timely resolution of tickets and incidents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, FI) for seamless integration and continuous process improvements

What you need

• 6–9 yrs of experience
• SAP
• Any graduate

Good to have

• SAP HANA
