What you'll do

• Gather and analyze payroll business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
• Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• Design and maintain payroll schemas, rules, wage types, payroll functions, and operations
• Configure payroll processes, time evaluation integration, and statutory payroll requirements
• Work closely with Employee Central consultants to design end-to-end HR and payroll solutions

What you need

• 6–12 yrs of experience
