SAP ERP Senior Engineer - HCM

About the role

In this role, the individual will work with our HR and Learning stakeholders to drive and deliver harmonized, enterprise solutions and processes. Specifically, we are looking for an individual that will partner with our Business stakeholders and IT Operations to support and implement solutions at Waters Corporation using best practice guidance to deliver improved services, data and insights.

What you'll do

• Participate in global HR and Learning projects including defining scope, documenting business requirements, gaining consensus, communication of progress
• Design, develop and execute testing protocols that include unit testing, integration testing and system testing, as driven by the requirements
• Define reporting requirements by working with our business stakeholders and other business units
• Also be responsible for producing ad-hoc data extracts, table management, training, and data validation and integrity
• Collaborate with both IT and Business partners to clarify requirements and to support development. Verifies solution proposal for business requirement coverage
